Hi, my name is Rachel


I’m Rachel, a professional chef, qualified health coach, and busy entrepreneur.

I help people create a way of eating that feels simple, nourishing, and genuinely enjoyable, even in the middle of a full and demanding life.

Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, omnivore, or somewhere in between, my approach is about helping you prepare healthy, delicious food in a way that actually works for you, and feels good to do.

At the time, I was running my own business as well as going to college full time and I was BUSY. Eating healthily had shifted down in my list of priorities!

 

Fifteen years ago, everything shifted.

Despite my background as a chef and health coach, I was told by my doctor that I was pre-diabetic. I was experiencing fatigue, brain fog, and low mood... and it was all linked to my diet.

At the time, I was running my own business and studying full-time. I was busy, and like so many people, eating well had quietly slipped down my list of priorities.

I knew something had to change.

I needed food that was nutrient-dense and supportive — but also realistic. It had to be simple, practical, and easy enough to maintain, otherwise it just wasn’t going to stick.

So I turned to what I knew.

Drawing on years of experience cooking on luxury yachts and helping others transform their health through food, I began applying those principles to my own life — simplifying, streamlining, and making it work in the real world.

That journey became the foundation for my Fill Your Fridge programme — and the simple, practical methods I now share to help others do the same.
